In line with current GDPR regulations all customer data is stored securely and kept private. We do not keep credit card data and your information will not be sold or shared with any third parties.
We may however update you with our own promotions or offers using your contact details unless you have asked us not to.
Pricing
All prices shown on our website exclude postage and packaging unless otherwise stated. We endeavour to remain competitive however prices are subject to change at any time and confirmation of exact cost will be at final checkout. Changes in price after checkout completes will not apply to your order.
Sales and discounts
The date of your order is fixed and sales / promotions either before or after your order date will not apply. Items purchased and returned for refund cannot be repurchased during a subsequent sale. Promotional offers are in isolation and cannot be used with any other offer on the same order. We will not match offers on discount websites or participate in brand discounting, our pricing and any discounts will be available only through our own website.
Orders
Whilst every care is taken to ensure only items actually in stock show for sale on our website we reserve the right to cancel any order for an item purchased that has sold out. We will contact you via email to explain and a full refund for the item will be given. If your order contains multiple items we will offer options for an alternative and discuss your need with you in this regard.
