Free in-store collection
With our click and collect service we can arrange for a personal Covid secure timeslot to collect your order.
Tracked standard delivery – £4.95 (Tracked 48)
Tracked first class delivery – £5.95 (We may utilise “Tracked 24” as this is equal to 1st class and has proof of delivery )
Delivery Times
For orders placed before 12pm we will endeavour to dispatch your order within 48hrs of purchase and update you of tracking information via email. Please note that orders placed after 12pm, or over the weekend, or on a Public holiday will be processed within 48hrs of the start of the first working day after.
We use Royal mail (or other reputable couriers where necessary). We therefore accept no liability for items delayed in transit or where delivery has not occurred as expected. No compensation will be offered by us in regard of delivery for whatever reason.
Please ensure that your address details are clear and correct when ordering as any additional charges for redelivery will be incurred by yourselves.
Orders are only accepted for delivery to the United Kingdom. Orders placed for delivery to outside of the UK will be cancelled and refunded.
Refunds & Exchanges
If you are not completely happy with your purchase you may return it to us in its original condition and packaging with labels attached. You must notify us that you wish to make a return within 14 days of receiving your order and we will provide an exchange or full refund, excluding the original postage costs. If your items arrive back damaged or in any other condition you will not be eligible for either a refund or exchange. You are responsible for return postage including costs and we recommend that you insure items in transit in case goods get damaged on the way back to us.
To arrange a return please email us for a returns form, you have 14 days from the date you notify us about a return to return the item to us.
Faulty Items
Items returned as faulty will be assessed against the manufacturers terms and conditions and if found to be faulty a refund will be made or exchange offered as appropriate. Items not found to be faulty will not be refunded or exchanged. You are responsible for return postage including costs and we recommend that you insure items in transit in case goods get damaged on the way back to us as this may affect your ability to claim.
